Order in the UK return items to France!!
Shocking experience with Kappa.co.uk
Orders placed on a UK domain, require you to return goods to France. Item arrived with small mark, not willing to risk washing. All returns are paid for at own expense and need to ship to France. Such a poor experience and so costly to post an item back!!
